Shipping Policy
Please Note: That all orders are processed within 72 hours.
We do not process orders or ship orders on Weekends, Holidays, or Federal Holidays.
Delivery Time is 2 to 6 business days after your order had been processed. Orders are sent out as Priority Mail via USPS Shipping.
After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't see a confirmation email after five days of placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder or reach out to me. Then when your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.
Holiday Shipping Policy
During the holidays, packages will be delayed. This is beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee a set timeframe for delivery caused by USPS Delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Marie's Aroma Beads, LLC. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
