We Do Not process order or ship orders on Weekends, Holidays, or Federal Holidays.

Delivery Time is 2 to 6 business days after your order had been processed. Orders are send out as Priority Mail via USPS Shipping.

After you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't see a confirmation email after 5 days of placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder or reach out to me. Then when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking number to track your order. 

During the holidays, packages will be delayed. This is beyond our control and we cannot guarantee a set timefram for delivery caused by USPS Delay.

Marie's Aroma Beads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS (Post Office) directly. Everyone is provided with a tracking number when making an order. Tracking numbers are provided via email. Every order is send via Priority Mail which means the package is insured, up to a certain amount. If a claim needs to be made per the customer for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, it must be filed within 60 days with the post office.
