Ordering & Shipping
Handmade custom orders will have a 7-10 day processing timeframe.
Ready to Ship (RTS) items will have a 3-4 day processing timeframe.
After you please an order you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't see a confirmation email after 2 days of placing your order, please check you Junk/Spam folder or reach out to me. Then when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking number to track your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Da Magical World of Erica is not responsible for lost or stolen package. Please contact USPS (Post Office) directly. Everyone is provided wth a tracking number when making an order. Tracking numbers are provided via email. Every order is send via Priority Mail whcih means the package is insured, up to a certain amount. If a claim needs to be amde per the customer for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, it must be filed within 60 days with the Post Office.
