Please Note: That all orders are processed within 72 hours.
We Do Not process order or ship orders on Weekends, Holidays, or Federal Holidays.
Delivery Time is 2 to 6 business days after your order had been processed. Orders are send out as Priority Mail via USPS Shipping.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank your for shopping with us at Marie's Aroma Beads, LLC. Once an order had shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Marie's Aroma Beads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS (Post Office) directly. Everyone is provided with a tracking number when making an order. Tracking numbers are provided via email. Every order is send via Priority Mail which means the package is insured, up to a certain amount. If a claim needs to be made per the customer for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, it must be filed within 60 days with the post office.
